Gulam has worked in Indian restaurants in the North West for over 20 years, starting out in the famous Shere Khan in Rusholme, Manchester. Excellent Chef and Kitchen StaffHira previously worked for 10 years in the kitchens of Memories of India restaurant in Whaley Bridge and at Bollywood Masala restaurant in Crewe before that, but was drawn to Saffron Rice by Gulam's vision of providing a taste sensation at the heart of the Takeaway offering to match anything served in local Indian restaurants. Great Menu and FlexibleKeen to demonstrate their culinary skills, flexibility and passion for Indian cooking, the chefs are very happy to style any dish to suit your taste and even prepare specials not on the menu on an ad hoc basis.
